Joel founded i:Space Furniture, an office furniture company, in 1993 and remains sole owner and president. Recent client projects of i:Space include Fingerhut’s new corporate headquarters, University of Minnesota Bioscience building and Welsh Companies’ new corporate headquarters. In 2007, i:Space won the prestigious award of “Dealer Partner of the Year” from its main vendor, Teknion. Joel and Ryan recognized the synergisms that existed between A/V technology, furniture, and the environment in which they can be found. The goal was to create an organization that bridged the gap and provided a seamless solution for the user.

Ryan Heining is the co-founder and president of MSpace Inc. As the leader of a highly technical team, it is his responsibility to set a clear vision that centers on customers, staff and vendors assuring MSpace provides quality service at a fair price. Ryan leads MSpace in pledging commitment to the partnerships that focus on the common success of customers as well as the company.

In 1991, Ryan Heining received a bachelor of arts from Saint John's University and a commission as an officer in the United States Army.

Ryan currently serves as President of the SJU National Alumni Board of Directors, board member for the SJU Donald McNeely Center for Entrepreneurship and on the St. Anastasia's parish advisory council. He lives in Hutchinson, MN with his wife Michelle, and three children, Kjirstin, Nickolas, and Isabelle.

Todd joined MSpace in April of 2009 as a project manager overseeing the acquisition and integration of Fox River Graphics. Prior to this Todd was most recently a COO for a family owned chain of specialty retail shops, and Supply Chain Director for national fitness chain, Life Time Fitness. Todd brings to MSpace a strong analytical, financial, and operational background.

Todd earned his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Management from St. John's University and his MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.

Originally from Stillwater, MN, Todd and his family live in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis. Todd enjoys running, golfing, and coaching his kids' sports teams.
