May of 2004, Steve Lehto was named the Operations Manager for MSpace. Steve came from ClearOne Communications, where he has served as Manager of Sales Engineering. Steve began working in the AV industry in 1997 as a Sales Engineer for Acoustic Communication Systems in Minneapolis, one of the Midwest's leading AV integrators. While employed at ACS, he was promoted to Manager of Sales Engineering, a position he held through the acquisition of ACS by ClearOne in 2002. Prior to employment at ACS, Steve worked as a Supervisor of Distribution Operations for the United States Postal Service and had also served as the General Manager of a Minneapolis-based music retail chain. Steve also continues to follow his passion for music by recording and performing music regionally. In January of 2004, Steve was awarded the CTS ("Certified Technology Specialist") designation from ICIA.

Keith has been in the Professional AV industry for over 16 years. Keith has designed and worked on countless numbers of A/V projects for customers consisting of but not limited to: Ceridian Corp, Lockheed Martin, Xcel Energy, MN Dept of Revenue, MN DHS, MN DOT, USBank, Piper Jaffray, Briggs and Morgan, Polaris, Qwest Communications, Courts thoughout MN, Alliance Berstein, CSM, and many others. Keith is a strong leader and a vital asset to our team here at MSpace.

Travis joined the MSpace team in February of 2006 bringing 8 years of experience in managing production facilities and warehouses, as well as project management. Here at MSpace, Travis is the Project Manager for many integration installations from idea to completion in hopes of mitigating delays and disruptions. Overall, Travis has had 12 years of management experience in the service industry. Currently, Travis is in the process of finishing up his degree in business management. When Travis is not in the office you can find him on the golf course trying to beat his best round of 76.

Patricia started working for Fox River Graphics in June of 1995 as Business/Finance Manager. She previously worked for 15 years at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago as Director of Institutional Services with responsibilities for HR, Payroll, Telephone Systems, Dormitory, Print/Mail Room, Bookstore, and Cafeteria. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/HR from Roosevelt University. Patricia was born and still resides in Elgin IL. In her spare time she and her husband John sing with the Elgin Choral Union, a local classical choral group of 120 members performing 4 concerts a year. She also designs and makes one of a kind custom jewelry. She enjoys fishing and golfing.

Joe is the founder and CEO of Fox River Graphics which began in 1983. He completed his BS in English and Education from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. He has had previous experience as a National Sales & Marketing Manager at Picker Briggs Corporation as well as a VP of Sales & Marketing at Rauland Borg Company in their Healthcare Division. Joe also has military experience including 28 years of active and active reserve duty in the US Army and US Air Force. He retired with a rank of Lt. Colonel. Some of his personal hobbies include singing with a major choral organization and vegetable gardening.

Jim joined Fox River Graphics in May of 2003. He has been in the A/V industry for the past 11 years. Jim is certified in Web development/E-Commerce. Prior to working for FRG he worked for Midwest Visual and MCSI. He attended Central Michigan University, Grand Valley State University and was adjunct faculty at Oakton Community College teaching courses in web design and e-commerce. Jim brings to MSpace vast knowledge and experience in products and services, vendor relations and is an integral part of the US Government GSA team. He grew up in the central Michigan area. Jim spent two years working and living in London, England before relocating to Chicago.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys traveling with his family, attending cultural events, and is an avid buff of all things history and military.

Jeff is originally from the Chicago area and enjoys spending time with his wife Jamie and their two sons, Chase and Carter. Along with a hobby in swimming Jeff is an avid golfer.

Marty joined the Fox River Graphics team in September 2007. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Iowa, where he majored in Journalism & Mass Communication. Marty also earned a Master of Business Administration in 2008 and is planning to further his education in the future. Prior to arriving at Fox River Graphics, Marty worked for Sargon Productions, his uncle's production company that specializes in large scale A/V presentation within the corporate sector. Marty traveled throughout more than 25 states during his tenure. He was born and raised in Illinois and currently lives in Hampshire, IL with his wife, Genna. When he is not in the office, Marty enjoys spending time playing 12" softball, bowling, doing yard work, playing cards, or just relaxing at home.

Ross has a BA in Economics and Management from Saint John's University. He has been with the MSpace team since nearly its inception in 2002. January 2008 marks a new role for Ross. MSpace has reestablished an office downtown Chicago where he is leading operations and sales as Regional Manager.
Ross has completed ICIA's Audio Visual from A to Z technical course, as well as the CTS certification in the AV field (certified technical specialist). Ross is also consistently being introduced and trained on the newest products the industry has to offer. Ross has been involved in large projects nationwide and is involved on the project management and engineering side to bring customers quality solutions.

With a degree from DePaul University, he has spent most of his career working with Polycom and Tandberg equipment and specializing with Tele Health and Higher Education markets.

Rebecca graduated from Saint Thomas University in 2006 with a B.A. in Business Marketing and Management with a Minor in Economics. Her previous business experience in a variety of industries has prepared her to be quite versatile bringing strong marketing and leadership skills. She has worked at Macy's corporate offices in Minneapolis as an Assistant Buyer for the Ladies Dresses Department. As well as, she has had a strong background in the printing business as a Project Coordinator for her family's company, Printing Enterprises. Rebecca recently moved her residency from St. Paul to Bloomington, MN. If she isn't in the office, she enjoys going to the gym, cabin trips, and spending time with friends and family.
Anna is the marketing intern this summer at the Minnetonka MSpace office. She will be working with Rebecca Trainor on marketing events, brand management, and sales assistance throughout the summer as well as the MSpace University event on August 25th. Anna will be a senior at the College of St. Benedict majoring in management and environmental studies. While in school, Anna writes for the sports section of her school newspaper, entitled The Record, as well as works for the Sports and Information Dept. at the University of Saint John's. In the summer, she enjoys going to her cabin in the Brainard area as well as being with her family and friends.

Griggs attended the University of Minnesota and graduated from Brown Institute for radio and television broadcasting. Having spent twelve years with a major global financial management firm as a Systems Analyst and Technology Services Manager, Griggs just recently joined the M:Space team. Griggs is our highest certified Tandberg specialist having attained certifications as Certified Technical Associate (TCTA), Certified Technical Expert (TCTE) and TMS Specialist (TCTMSS). He brings a depth of corporate networking and systems knowledge to MSpace. Griggs also adds to both M:Space's Saint John's tally, having graduated from St. John's Prep School, and to M:Space's musician tally as a performing blues and rock singer.

Lee comes to MSpace after having owned his own company, American Pro Audio, Inc., which specialized in selling recording studios in the Minneapolis area for clients such as: Prince, TCPTV, MPR and IPR along with many others. When APA closed its doors in 2008, Lee took a position as Sales and Marketing Manager at Electronic Design Company. Lee has joined MSpace in spring 2010 as a Managed Services Account Manager. Lee currently lives in Watertown, Minnesota with his wife Mischelle and has two children who are out of college. He enjoys playing music in two rock bands and a bluegrass band and has directed a children's choir at his church for many years. He is also a MN Twins Season Ticket Holder and is a huge Twins fan.

John has a B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Manchester University in England, he started in the AV business - back when ‘AV' really WAS ‘AV' - and he has spent his professional career in the business as it progressed from rudimentary, relay controlled slide shows to the present effortless, computer controlled boardroom displays with touchpanel control, video conferencing etc. During the course of his career, John has worn many hats - starting as a bench technician and quickly working his way up the corporate totem pole. Among the more unusual responsibilities, John led the thrust to achieve ISO9001 certification at a multimillion dollar company, becoming certified as an RAB accredited ISO9000 Lead auditor in the process - commuted for a year between Minneapolis and Hong Kong where he managed an SE Asia sales office - was the leader on the team that designed and sold an indoor 'Disney type' theme park in Japan. He's done a lot - always in the AV industry - currently he works as a Sales Engineer whose main task is to prevent the sales reps selling anti-gravity.

Tom Larson joined the MSpace team in March of 2004. Tom was named most likely to make you laugh at a staff meeting, though he feels the title is somewhat undeserving. Tom follows many of his fellow M:Space team members through their shared history at both ClearOne Communications and Acoustic Communications. It was at Acoustic Communications that Tom began his work as a sales engineer in 2000. Tom has designed A/V projects for customers including: Polaris, Northwest Equity Partners, Xcel Energy, Ryan Companies, USBancorp, BAE Systems, many Courtrooms throughout MN, Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago, and others. Prior to this Tom lived the musician's dream and reality touring as a Road Manager and FOH engineer throughout the 90's. Tom follows Steve Lehto living his passion for music by recording and performing music regionally...only Tom plays bass.

Tom has 25+ years of experience working in the video, voice and collaboration industries with a specialty in unifying these technologies into rich media conferencing solutions. Brian came on board as MSpace's newest field technician in the summer of 2008. He has an Associate's Degree in electronics and 12 years of experience in the AV and IT industry. His experience ranges from A/V design engineer and installer to pro audio bench technician responsible for component level troubleshooting and repair of pro audio electronics. He is also an experienced network engineer with extensive experience in 802.11 wireless networking, including assisting in the development of custom wireless solutions for the Minneapolis Wireless project. He has done designs and integrated system installs for clients like Target, ADC Telecom, Best Buy, and Wells Fargo, to name a few. The broad range of his experience makes him uniquely qualified to be a systems integration tech with unlimited powers.

Ron Zytkovicz joined MSpace in the spring of 2007, bringing valuable past work experience as our lead programmer. He attended Northwest Electronics Institute (NEI) and graduated with a degree in Electronics. In 1989, I was a part of Acoustic Communications managing service and maintenance calls. In 1994, Ron was appointed Install Service Manager of Acoustic Communications with the responsibility of hiring and managing the technician staff as well as supervising company installs of custom integration systems. In 1998, Ron moved to AVI Systems doing programming, engineering and servicing. Since joining the MSpace team, Ron has earned certifications with Tandberg, Polycom, AMX as well as becoming a Certified Crestron Programmer. Under Ron's Operations Supervisor umbrella, he is responsible for project installation, custom programming and customer servicing.

Geoff came on board with Fox River Graphics in July 2007. In addition to standard warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving, Geoff's daily responsibilities include working closely with the technicians and project managers to ensure that all products are received for every project. He also closely manages the company's inventory and handles product returns with all manufacturers. In addition, Geoff works with processing vendor invoices and is responsible for logging detailed information about the products that enter the warehouse. Geoff's start in the A/V industry came in 2001 when he began working with a production company where he gained valuable hands-on experience and knowledge. Geoff was born in Chula Vista, CA before moving to the Carpentersville area in 1981. Outside of the office, Geoff can be found attending concerts, on a disc golf course, fishing, or simply hanging out with friends.

Jamie came on board with MSpace in November of 2005 as Office Coordinator. She is responsible for processing and invoicing all accounts payable and receivable. She also is the primary contact for vendors to ensure the shipping and delivery of ordered equipment arrives on time. Jamie's previous background includes working with large and small corporations in a variety of markets. Jamie will soon be completing her Business, Marketing and Management degree with an emphasis in Business Administration and HR.

Sharon has been with Fox River Graphics since 2003. Assisting the team any way that she can she has taken on a variety of duties to help the sales team as well as customer service. Other responsibilities include file management, invoice customers, and collections. Sharon works out of the Carpentersville office and has past experience working as a waitress for 37 years and has some retail experience. Born and raised in Carpentersville Sharon has lived within a 10 mile radius her entire life. Sharon is a wife of 31+ years and a mother of three grown boys. Outside of work she enjoys bowling, golfing, and reading.

Michelle is from Hutchinson, MN and aside from work she likes spending time with her kids, gardening, arts and crafts, scrap-booking, walking, biking and traveling.
